1. Value and high yields:

The actual price of stone siding is determined by the yield of usable stones in a project. Our stone is an excellent value because we estimate 95% yield. We do recommend ordering an extra 15% on small projects, or for very small projects, one extra box (5 square feet).

2. Samples:

We are more than happy to mail stone samples to help with your selection.

3. Mock-up:

The best way to evaluate stone and the installation technique is to start with a mock-up. A stone mock-up will typically be done on a 3 foot x 3 foot piece of plywood. This will help evaluate the material and the style of the mason's work. Installation differences include stacking style, joint tightness, and edge trimming.

4. Reclaimed Stone in 5 Cuts:

Weathered New England Fieldstone is recycled and sawn into 5 different cuts. Ledgestone is thin strips for stacking, Ashlar is a taller version of ledgestone, Mosaic has a rustic look with triangles and stop sign shapes, Rectangular has 90 degree corners, and Round has proud middles with sides that recess at the joints.

5. Monet Effect of Colors:

Up close the colors are blue, brown, gray, and pink. Step back to see the blend create that one of a kind New England look.

6. Flexible ordering:

The Stoneyard.com brand is found at masonry retailers in many states. We also allow factory pickup or arrange direct shipping in single pallet or full flatbed quantities.

7. Passion:

The work we do earns us a living but more importantly, we share your passion for stone. Our depth and focus on New England Fieldstone earns praise and feedback from the retailers, stone masons, and customers that refer us to their friends and business associates.  Our passion for New England's finest reclaimed stone makes this material an option for your project, no matter where in the United States you live.
